Our psychologists are committed to supporting you and maintaining your care throughout the Coronavirus pandemic. We are closely monitoring this evolving situation to make sure we are minimising risk and maximising care. We are continuing to provide face-to-face appointments between psychologists and clients who are not required to self-isolate. Thankfully, psychology sessions do not require any physical contact and we are able to maintain 1.5 metres separation as per guidelines.

We have implemented extra hygiene and social distancing measures to minimise the risk of virus transmission. We also request that you help us with this by observing the recommended hygiene practices of regular hand washing, cough/sneeze etiquette and social distancing described here.

However, if you are concerned about this, or are symptomatic and not able to attend in person, you can still have your appointment via videoconferencing or telephone. There are also new Medicare item numbers to support this.
