Megan
is a dedicated clinical psychologist who works with individuals across the lifespan, from children through to adults. She is known for her calm and compassionate presence, and her commitment to creating a safe, supportive space where meaningful and lasting change can unfold. At the heart of Megan’s practice is a deep belief in each person’s capacity for growth, and a strong desire to empower her clients to not only understand themselves more fully, but also to challenge themselves and pursue the lives they want to lead.
Megan offers a highly individualised approach to therapy, drawing from a rich repertoire of evidence-based interventions tailored to each client’s unique experiences, values, and goals. She supports people navigating a wide range of challenges, including eating disorders, trauma, autism, OCD, ADHD, anxiety, depression, grief, and relational difficulties. Equally, she welcomes anyone seeking to explore their inner world—examining the patterns, beliefs, and emotions that influence their sense of self and how they relate to others.
Her therapeutic toolkit includes Family Based Therapy (FBT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy – Enhanced for eating disorders (CBT-E), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy (ST), and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT). Megan approaches therapy as a collaborative journey—one that honours each person’s strengths while gently encouraging them to stretch beyond their comfort zones. She supports clients to step into their own agency, fostering self-awareness, resilience, and the motivation to create a life aligned with their values and aspirations.
