Jake
is a registered psychologist with a master’s degree in clinical psychology. He is also completing the clinical registrar program.
Jake comes from a person centred approach to offer clients collaborative, professional and empathetic treatment. He practices with evidenced based treatments and interventions using a mixture of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and mindfulness to suit the individual needs of clients.
Jake enjoys working with adolescents, young adults and adults, and has a background working under NDIS and with children and their families and supports. He works with clients with a range of difficulties including anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, grief and has worked with young people and young adults with Autism and mental health concerns.
