Jenni
is a seasoned Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years of experience in public and private settings. She holds a PhD in Psychology, a master’s in Clinical Psychology, and is recognised as a Board Approved Supervisor with AHPRA. She has dedicated her career to helping individuals navigate the complexities of mental health.
Jenni has had extensive training in a wide array of evidence-based treatments, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy (ST) and Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR), which allows me to address a diverse range of psychological issues effectively.
In addition to her professional experience, her own life experiences have profoundly shaped her understanding and empathy as a therapist. Jenni believes that every individual possesses an innate inner wisdom. This guiding principle shapes her therapeutic approach, which emphasises collaboration and respect for each client’s unique strengths and experiences. She works closely with clients to connect with their inner wisdom, empowering them to harness their potential and live fulfilling lives.
Jenni has a particular interest in working with neurodivergent adults, conducting assessments, and providing ongoing support in this area. Her empathetic and supportive style, combined with her extensive expertise and rich life experience, makes her a trusted and effective practitioner. Whether dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, or life transitions, clients find a safe and nurturing environment in her care. Through tailored, person-centred therapy, Jenni is committed to fostering resilience and personal growth, helping clients access their best selves to guide them towards living their best lives.
When she is not at work, you will find her spending time with family, friends and in nature, accompanied by her beloved golden retriever Dolly, who is in training herself to become a therapy dog at our practice.

is an endorsed clinical psychologist who enjoys working with children adolescents and adults and has special interests in attachment and personality difficulties, and distress caused by trauma. Jenni brings a wealth of clinical experience to Introspect Psychology along with her wisdom and motivation to do the best thing for clients.
