Sarah
is a Perth-based psychologist offering remote sessions and supporting primarily young people aged 12–25, with availability also for women over 25. With experience working in public high schools, she understands the whole school system and how to help young people advocate for themselves and connect with supports within it.
Sarah takes a holistic, person‑centred approach – one that honours the whole individual, their story, their environment, and the relationships that shape them. Drawing from schema‑informed, cognitive‑behavioural, and emotion‑focused approaches, she supports clients experiencing challenges such as (but not limited to) anxiety, emotional overwhelm, low mood, school avoidance, phobias, and the impacts of stress or trauma.
As a mother of three, Sarah brings warmth, relatability, and a down‑to‑earth style to her work with young people and their families. She also offers sessions for parents who are seeking emotional support and space to feel understood in their parenting journey.
Please note: Sarah is not an NDIS provider but can take on self-managed clients and does not complete formal ASD/ADHD assessments or family‑court reports.
